EinRUS is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). We are a private third-party service that assists with EIN applications. Employer Identification Numbers (EINs) can be obtained directly from the IRS at no cost through their website at irs.gov.
Our service fee covers the convenience of professional application preparation, expert review, expedited processing, and customer support. You are not required to use our service to obtain an EIN.
4. User Responsibilities

We are not liable for delays caused by the IRS or inaccurate information provided by you.
